Job summary

REV Group, Inc. in Florida is seeking an Electrician to assemble under-dash harnesses, switch panels, and circuit boards for fire trucks and specialty vehicles.

You will program lights from engineering specs, troubleshoot 12V DC and 110V AC circuitry, and verify performance against specifications. The role requires 1–2 years of automotive electrical experience in manufacturing, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to read engineering drawings and layouts.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of automotive electrical experience in manufacturing preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and layouts.
• Ability to read 12V DC and 110V AC circuitry; read a tape measure.

Responsibilities

• Assemble under dash harnesses, switch panels, circuit boards, and other electrical components.
• Program the lights from engineering specs.
• Troubleshoot 12V DC and 110V AC circuitry.
• Test products to ensure performance to specifications.
• Read specs to ensure trucks are built per spec.
• Perform functionality checks on airhorns, sirens, light packages, flash patterns, door locks, etc.
• Fix quality issues.
