Job summary

ABACUS Plumbing, Air Conditioning and Electrical in Houston is seeking Electricians to join a family-like culture. You will handle electrical tasks, from install and repair to troubleshooting, while delivering outstanding customer service.

Requirements include a TDLR license (Residential Wireman, Journeyman, or Master Electrician). Expect competitive pay, a company truck and benefits, and opportunities for ongoing training and growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years electrical wiring, repair and troubleshooting experience.
• Strong tenure and reliability preferred.
• Ability to wire and terminate devices, perform quality control testing, and troubleshoot.
• Deliver excellent customer experience.
• Experience installing electrical systems in new and existing settings.
• Detail oriented with good time management skills.
• Must lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors as needed.
• Service Titan experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install & Repair like a pro: panels, circuits, breakers, lighting, switches, outlets.
• Diagnose & Fix electrical issues quickly and accurately.
• Deliver repairs that exceed NEC standards.
• Keep workspaces clean, organized, and customer-friendly.
• Upgrade & Educate: schedule upgrades that enhance customer experience.
• Show off your work with before-and-after photos.
• Prioritize safety practices at all times.

Qualifications

Do I have What it Takes?

• Minimum of 2 years electrical wiring, repair and troubleshooting all aspects of the Electrical System.
• Strong previous work tenure (preferred).
• Ability to wire and terminate devices, perform quality control testing, and troubleshooting.
• Deliver excellent customer experience.
• Working knowledge of installing electrical systems in a new and existing setting
• Detail oriented with good time management skills
• Can lift, carry, and maneuver a minimum of 50 pounds without additional manpower or appropriate device.
• Must be able to work in the outside elements of heat and cold safely and on ladders and/or roofs medium to high heights.
• Maintain well-groomed appearance and keep a clean uniform, work shoes and company vehicle.
• Service Titan experience preferred.
