Job summary

Eversource is hiring an Electrician in Massachusetts for the Substation and Maintenance Department. Candidates must hold a valid Massachusetts Journeyman Electrician license (or equivalent), a valid driver’s license, CDL and Hazmat endorsement (or ability to obtain both), and pass the CAST TEST.

Overtime, emergency work, and possible Saturday shifts are expected. Applicants must live within 30 minutes of the reporting location.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license, CDL and Hazmat endorsement or ability to obtain them.
• Willingness to perform overtime and emergency work and live within 30 minutes of reporting location.
• Must pass CAST TEST and work in shift-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform overtime and emergency work as required.
• Operate in designated district and be prepared to report to job sites.
• Support substation and maintenance activities as part of a team.
