Job Description: Electrician Helper/Cable Puller (San Diego, CA)

Lead Marine San Diego

Location: San Diego, CA, USA

Type: Full Time

Pay: $18.00 - $19.50/hr

Shift: 1st Shift – 6:00am to 2:30pm

We are currently seeking Cable Puller/Electrician Helpers! You will strive to provide safe electrical systems, and perform other general labor duties as assigned for a variety of Shipyard customers on the waterfront here in San Diego. Overtime will be mandatory, and pay is dependent on experience.

Responsibilities:

1. Install and repair electrical cables & wiring
2. Install various types of raceway and cable tray systems
3. Perform routine maintenance on electrical wiring and systems
4. Adhere to all quality and safety codes

Requirements:

1. Previous Shipyard or Cable Pulling experience a plus
2. Familiarity with electrical schematics, blueprints, and manuals
3. Familiarity with electrical equipment and hand tools
4. Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
5. Minimum of 1-3 years of related experience
