Job summary

Skillit is seeking an experienced Electrician Foreman in Raleigh, NC to lead a commercial electrical crew on-site, assign daily tasks, coordinate materials and tools, and keep work moving safely and on schedule.

You'll focus on crew development, clear communication with field and project teams, and accurate project documentation, including timecards, incident reports and progress logs. Journeyman license and OSHA 30 are required or completed within 6 months of hire.

Qualifications

• Journeyman Electrician license required.
• OSHA 30-hour Construction certification required or completion within 6 months.
• Experience leading commercial electrical crews on-site.
• Ability to read plans and develop daily work schedules.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily electrical work and assign crew tasks to meet schedule and quality targets.
• Coordinate materials, tools and equipment to keep crews productive.
• Monitor jobsite safety and quality; correct issues immediately.
• Communicate project goals and updates to crews and on-site stakeholders.
• Complete and maintain project documentation: timecards, incident reports, logs.
• Collect and review accurate timecards and labor tracking.
