Innovative Refrigeration Systems, Inc. is seeking an Electrician Foreman to lead the electrical shop team, coordinate wiring installations, and ensure safety and quality on all projects.

Reporting to Operations leadership, you will drive efficiency in prefabrication and field construction with a focus on NEC compliance and cross-training. Qualifications

• Licensed electrician with minimum 5 years hands-on electrical experience.
• At least 2 years supervisory experience in electrical/manufacturing environments.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings.
• Strong understanding of NEC and industrial electrical systems.
• Experience operating lifts, forklifts, and other shop equipment.
• Ability to work at heights with fall protection and safety equipment.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Safety-sensitive position with regular drug testing.
• Must lift up to 50 pounds regularly, and up to 75 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to stand, bend, crouch, kneel for extended periods.
• Must work at heights, confined spaces, varying conditions (heat, cold, dust, noise).
• Must have stamina to perform repetitive motions and stay on feet.
• Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination to operate tools safely.

Job Role:

The Electrician Foreman manages electrical workflow on the shop floor, including task coordination, hands‑on work, and safety enforcement. Reporting to the Director of Operations and VP of Manufacturing, this position contributes directly to production success and supports prefabrication efforts for field construction. Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7AM to 5:30PM and Saturday 7AM to 3:30PM.

Requirements

• Manual dexterity and hand‑eye coordination sufficient to operate tools accurately and safely.
