Job summary

Skillit is seeking an Electrician Foreman for a long-term data center build in Hubbard, TX. This hands-on leadership role oversees an on-site crew, coordinates with trades, and ensures work aligns with drawings and schedules on a 1.5-2 year project.

The ideal candidate has journeyman qualifications with foreman-level field experience on commercial or data center projects, and strong proficiency in medium-voltage work and standby/power systems. Per diem is provided.

Qualifications

• Journeyman Electrician with foreman-level field experience on commercial or data center projects.
• Strong ability to lead and coordinate on-site crews and manage safety and quality.
• Proven reading of technical drawings, schematics and wiring diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily electrical crew tasks with safety and quality focus.
• Install and maintain distribution equipment, medium‑voltage terminations, and overcurrent devices.
• Read drawings to plan conduit runs and large-cable pulls; ensure schedules are met.
• Coordinate with other trades and project supervision to maintain sequencing and progress.
• Document daily progress, report issues to project management, and manage material/crew needs.

About this roleJoin a long-term data center build in Hubbard, TX as an Electrician Foreman. This is a hands-on leadership role running daily electrical work on a 1.5-2 year project with a steady 60-hour workweek and travel per diem provided. Orientation will be held at 104 N Magnolia Ave, Hubbard, TX 76648. You will lead and manage an on-site crew, coordinate installation of distribution and medium-voltage systems, and ensure work follows drawings and project schedules.
