Job Responsibilities:

Customer-based activities in this position require a professional, independent, adaptable, dependable individual with initiative within their scope of experience. Effective communication with customers and staff is essential. Representative duties include:

• Perform repairs, installation, and routine services on residential and light commercial electrical systems following company standards and training.
• Assess client concerns and provide appropriate recommendations.
• Make on-site repairs or schedule repairs with client approval.
• Keep detailed records of work performed, including signatures and relevant information.
• Handle on-site financial transactions responsibly, including cash, checks, and credit cards.
• Use and care for company-provided mobile devices, maintaining professional communication via email, text, and phone.
• Utilize company dispatching software effectively.
• Maintain a professional appearance, including wearing company uniforms.
• Perform related duties as assigned by management.
• Physical demands include driving, lifting tools and equipment, climbing ladders, and accessing equipment in various locations.
• Work independently without direct oversight.
• Communicate regularly with the office for updates and scheduling.
• Submit parts requests and follow up on work-in-progress jobs.
• Provide prompt and thorough follow-up to clients.
• Keep company vehicles clean, organized, and stocked; vehicles should be washed weekly and waxed biannually.
• Provide personal tools as per company policy.
• Work hours are typically between 7 a.m. and 4 p.m., Monday through Friday, with some Saturday availability and after-hours coverage as determined.
• Respect client privacy and maintain positive professional relationships.
• Adhere to company policies, handbook, and procedures.
