Electrician (Fixed Wire Testing)

On Target Earnings: £50,000+ (Basic Salary of £39,000 with Price Work Bonus) + Company Car (available for personal use) + Tools + Qualifications Paid for + Training + No Stays Away + Shares + 23+8 Days Holiday

Location: Home Based, covering sites within 50 miles, and commutable from Reading, Newbury, Bracknell, Farnborough, Henley, and surrounding areas.

Company Overview

This UK-wide Compliance specialist is rapidly expanding. They are an employee-owned company, offering an annual bonus based on company performance, and are known for funding staff qualifications to support upskilling.

Responsibilities

1. Carrying out Fixed Wire and Periodic Inspections
2. Working 40 hours per week within a 70-mile radius of your home address, with rare overnight stays
3. Achieving a bonus of £2 per circuit once 45 circuits are completed in a day (average achievement is 50 circuits)
4. Additional bonus of £3 per circuit over 58 circuits
5. One Saturday per month paid at £3 per test, with no minimum

• Electrically qualified (18th Edition and 2391)
• Valid UK Driver’s License
