Job Description: Sign-On Bonus, Up to $10k, for Qualified Commercial Service Electrician

What You will be responsible for:
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical systems, including low voltage systems, in a commercial or industrial setting.
- Perform tasks such as conduit bending/installation, retrofitting, pulling wire, terminations.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to understand electrical systems and make accurate connections.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance to ensure the safety and integrity of electrical systems.
- Travel to job sites within the service area and communicate with the service coordinator to ensure schedule adherence, complete work orders, and relay delays to clients.
- Provide excellent customer service and build lasting relationships with commercial clients.
- Build positive relationships with team members and assist with the training of apprentices.

Qualifications and Skills:
- At least 4 years of commercial or industrial electrical experience
- Journeyman's license
- Experience in CAT 6 wiring and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of the Electrical Code (NEC)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various physical conditions, including heights and confined spaces
- Demonstrate knowledge and skills in electrical installation, maintenance, and repair
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to pass drug test, background check, driving record check, and physical fitness test
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Passion for helping others and maintaining a professional, positive attitude
