Job Responsibilities

• Pay: $36.66 - $37.95 per hour

• Role: Journeyman/Electrician (3rd Shift)
• Schedule: Monday‑Friday, 11 p‑7 a; Night Shift

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities include:

• Install, maintain, repair and troubleshoot electrical systems in compliance with the National Electric Code (NEC).
• Perform installations according to planned layout of electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures based on job specifications and local codes.
• Install conduit systems, lighting systems, basic control systems, motor feeders, and make standard motor connections.
• Connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, or other components.
• Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair.
• Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits using testing devices such as ohmmeters and voltmeters to ensure compatibility and safety.
• Consistently follow workplace safety procedures and participate in safety audits and related functions.
• Immediately identify, correct, and/or report any unsafe acts, conditions, or incidents.
• Cooperate with regulatory inspectors and wear the appropriate personal protective equipment.
• Follow all safety rules and do not remove or render ineffective any protective device such as a guard or light curtain.
• Do not use or operate any machine or equipment that the employee is not trained to operate or that may endanger others.
