Job summary

Paslin is seeking an Electrician to join our team. The Electrician will play a critical role in wiring and layout of electrical components for tooling systems, ensuring proper function and compliance with electrical standards while delivering high-quality results.

The role requires interpreting drawings, customer specs, and manuals, with travel between Paslin sites as needed. Regular on-site work, with potential extended hours during critical phases of projects, and overnight travel to multiple

• Background in integration of automated assembly systems with knowledge of mechanical and electrical build requirements. Weld systems knowledge is a plus.

The Electrician will play a critical role in the layout and wiring of electrical components used in tooling systems. This position requires a detail-oriented professional who can ensure proper function and compliance with electrical standards while delivering high-quality results.

As an Electrician, your work will involve interpreting engineering drawings, customer specifications, and technical manuals to complete assigned projects accurately. In addition, you will identify and troubleshoot electrical issues, recommending adjustments or repairs as needed to maintain optimal performance.

Work Environment

This position operates in both an office and a shop/plant environment, may be required to work at multiple facilities depending on workload.

Work type & Expected hours of work

Regularly works on-site at local Paslin location, either Hoover, 10-Mile or Cherry Creek. Must be flexible to work at any of these three locations as needed for an extended period of time. Typical work schedule for this role is 6am-230pm, Monday to Friday. During critical phases of the project, work hours may flex up to 12 hours per day. This position is for regular, full-time work and may require coming in early, working late, or working on weekends to meet the needs of the business.

Physical Demands

The physical demands described are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, bend, and twist. Occasionally required to lift/push/pull up to 25lbs. Will use hands and vision to operate power and manual tools and HMI interfaces. This is a safety sensitive role, which includes working around moving equipment and machinery.

Travel

This position requires flexibility to report to multiple Paslin sites. During an installation project this role will require overnight travel to customer sites for periods of up to 12 days at a time over a period of multiple consecutive months. Must have reliable transportation and be able to travel to sites in USA, Canada and Mexico.

Preferred Qualifications
