Job summary

Winn-Marion Companies in Loveland, CO seeks an Apprentice Electrician to support Journeyman/Master Electricians while progressing toward licensure. You will assemble, install, test, and inspect electrical equipment, identify safety risks, and work with hand tools and basic electrical systems.

The role requires color vision, ability to lift and perform physical labor, and willingness to travel to sites as needed. Prior experience is helpful but structured on‑the‑job training is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Some electrical industry experience preferred.
• Must identify safety hazards and avoid them.
• Basic electrical theory knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and install electrical equipment under supervision.
• Terminate wires and cables to equipment under supervision.
• Test components for continuity and voltage per specs.
• Inspect equipment to ensure safe operation.
• Set up and maintain temporary power systems.
• Maintain grounding systems for equipment.
