Job summary

Rabalais Constructors, LLC seeks an Electrician Apprentice for on-site work in Corpus Christi, TX. You will assist electricians in wiring, installing raceway systems, and devices, while maintaining tools and following safety practices.

The role requires flexibility in hours, willingness to travel, and the ability to work nights or weekends as needed. OSHA 10 is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid Electrical Apprentice license.
• Operate hand and power tools safely (bandsaws, drills, conduit threaders).
• Knowledge of OSHA Electrical Safe Work Practices for an Electrical helper.
• Knowledge of hazards and safe work procedures including Lockout/Tagout, Confined Spaces, Emergency Action Plans, Safe Work Permits, Incident Reporting, and Hazcom procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist in installing electrical raceway systems comprised of rigid PVC and EMT conduit and aluminum cable tray.
• Installation of electrical devices such as light fixtures and start/stop stations.
• Safe operation of hand and power tools used in electrical work.
• Assist electricians in bending conduit using manual, mechanical, hydraulic and electric conduit benders.
• Assist in installing electrical conductors (cable pulling).
