Apprentice Electrician Level 3

Spark Power, a trusted partner in energy in North America, is looking for a Electricians Apprentice Level 3 to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing electrical systems in accordance with current electrical codes and customer specifications, performing jobs safely and efficiently, and keeping customers and equipment running. Our Electricians promote a positive company image through service quality, professionalism, and a strong sense of urgency.

What will you do in this position?

• Demonstrate your commitment to safety in the workplace
• Install conduit and wire, terminating conductors
• Troubleshoot circuitry and replace damaged components on industrial equipment and systems
• Install fixtures and devices for industrial applications and systems
• Maintain a clean work area at all times
• Proactively prepare for upcoming work
• Interact with various individuals at different levels within the company

Do you have the Spark? Here’s what we’re looking for:

• 2 years of relevant electrical experience
• Experience with conduit runs 1/2' - 2' (EMT, GRC, PVC Coated (Ocal), and S/S) is an asset
• Man Lift Experience is preferred
• Solid knowledge of the State Electrical Code
• A valid state driver’s license with a good driving record
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with co-workers and other contractors on site
• Superior problem-solving skills
• Attitude of completing quality work in a safe manner
• Experience liaising with customers in a professional and effective manner
• Must be able to travel within the State as well as out of State
