Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is hiring an on-site Electrician in New Albany, OH. The role focuses on skilled electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and operational support across building systems to meet safety standards and regulatory requirements.

Collaborative, safety‑driven professionals are encouraged to apply. The position requires licensure as a Journeyman Electrician and experience with CMMS, NFPA 70, NEC, and BAS/BMS components.

• Strong understanding of electrical distribution systems up to 480V.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, diagrams, and blueprints.
• Experience using CMMS software for maintenance documentation.
• Ability to work independently or in cross-disciplinary teams.

Responsabilidades

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical systems up to 480V, including panels, breakers, MCCs, transformers, generators, UPS systems, and lighting.
• Install, repair, and maintain conduit, wiring, outlets, switches, motors, controls, and associated components.
• Troubleshoot electrical faults using diagnostic tools, meters, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Support electrical requirements for HVAC/R equipment, pumps, boilers, chilled water systems, and mechanical equipment.
• Maintain adherence to NFPA 70, NEC, and site electrical safety procedures (including LOTO).
• Work from electrical drawings, schematics, prints and verbal instructions.
• Support installation and startup of new equipment and system upgrades.
• Troubleshoot and maintain electrical components of BAS/BMS systems (power supplies, sensors, actuators).
• Complete CMMS documentation accurately (PMs, corrective work orders, inspections).
• Follow SOPs, GMP guidelines, and change-control processes where required.
• Support electrical needs in controlled environments such as cleanrooms, laboratories, and temperature-regulated areas.
• Respond promptly and professionally to facility alarms and service requests.
• Perform minor facility tasks (lighting replacement, low-voltage troubleshooting, resets).
• Support shutdowns, outages, seasonal prep, and special projects as assigned.
• Provide excellent customer service with clear communication and follow-through.

What this job involves

The Electrician is responsible for performing skilled electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and operational support across critical building systems. This hands‑on role ensures electrical infrastructure is safe, reliable, and maintained in alignment with JLL standards, client expectations, and site regulatory requirements. What your day-to-day will look like

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical systems up to 480V, including panels, breakers, MCCs, transformers, generators, UPS systems, and lighting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with BAS/BMS electrical components and low‑voltage controls.
• OSHA 10 or comparable electrical safety training.
• Experience with generators, UPS systems, and emergency distribution.

Location: Onsite - New Albany, OH.

Work Shift: Full-Time 12-hour shift + Overtime based on business needs.

Salary/ Comp: $32,21 - $46,63 per hour | $67,000 - $97,000 + Overtime.
