Job summary

KIT Custom HomeBuilders in Caldwell, ID is seeking an Electrician to join the Electrical Department in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will perform rough wiring, install panels, lighting, and devices while ensuring safety and compliance with codes.

You’ll work Monday–Thursday 6:00 AM–4:30 PM with a three-day weekend and full-time pay and benefits. Starting wages are competitive and weekly pay is provided.

Qualifications

• Previous electrical or construction experience preferred (residential or manufacturing).
• Basic understanding of electrical systems and wiring methods.
• Ability to read measurements and follow diagrams or instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and safety.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform rough wiring in manufactured homes
• Install switches, outlets (receptacles), and electrical devices
• Install and connect main electrical panels and breakers
• Install lighting fixtures and components
• Route wiring and ensure proper connections according to specifications
• Test electrical systems for functionality and safety
• Ensure all work meets company quality standards and applicable codes
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals
