ManpowerGroup is seeking an Electrician 2 for our client in New Albany, OH. The role focuses on maintenance and repair of electrical systems within a distribution center, with a 12-hour day shift from 6 AM to 6:30 PM and alternating weeks.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of commercial/industrial electrical experience, can read schematics, and works well in a team or independently. Competitive hourly pay within $22–$25 and full benefits.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections of electrical systems, panels, and equipment
• Diagnose electrical issues using specialized testing equipment and implement effective repairs
• Install, maintain, and repair lighting fixtures, motors, transformers, and distribution systems
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to complete electrical work
• Collaborate with facility teams to develop maintenance schedules that minimize disruption to building occupants

Our client, a leading organization in the distribution and manufacturing sector, is seeking an Electrician 2 to join their team. As an Electrician 2, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting the electrical maintenance and repair operations within the distribution center. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Electrician 2

Location: New Albany, OH

Pay Range: $22-$25/hr.

12-hour day shift, 6 AM to 6:30 PM

Week 1: Sunday to Tuesday / Week 2: Sunday to Wednesday

What's the Job?

• Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections of electrical systems, panels, and equipment

What's Needed?

• Ability to read electrical schematics and drawings

• Ability to work 12-hour shifts (both day and night shifts available)
