Job summary

CTR Group is seeking an Electrician for our client in Pascagoula, MS. Immediate openings and urgent hiring. We offer weekly pay, a comprehensive benefits package, and a safety‑first environment.

Pay is $42 per hour, plus $147 per diem for non‑locals. Responsibilities include reading electrical schematics and blueprints, planning, laying out and installing equipment and cabling, and using VOMs and meters for testing.

Qualifications

• Experience reading electrical schematics and blueprints.
• Ability to plan, lay out and install equipment and cabling.
• Proficient in testing with meters and troubleshooting.
• Experience supervising and guiding junior electricians.

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints.
• Ability to plan, lay-out and install equipment and cabling.
• Ability to use VOMs, Meggers, Amp and Phase rotation meters, etc. for troubleshooting, testing, and circuit analysis.
• Experience serving as a Lead Electrician, including guiding and training junior electricians with minimal supervision.
• Experience with fiber optic connections, topology, and SLQ-32Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose electrical problems down to the component level.
• Knowledge of and ability to accomplish standard items 009-36 and 16's on electrical/electronic equipment.
• Willingness and ability to complete Connectorization School training when available.
• Working Knowledge of NAVSEA Standard Items and EPISM (Electric Plant Installation Standard Methods).
