Job description

Responsibilities

• Must be available to respond to on-site emergencies
• Inspect, test, troubleshoot, repair complex electrical power distribution systems
• Operate and perform preventive maintenance on complex facility electrical power distribution systems
• Perform certification testing
• Ensure facility code compliance (assure compliance with Federal, State and Local safety and health standards)

Schedule and Compensation

All shifts: 7am‑3pm, (SUN‑THU) or (TUE‑SAT) or (FRI‑TUE)

Salary: $52.70 per hour

Qualifications

• Possess a Journeyman commercial/industrial license issued by a State or other accredited board
• Minimum of four (4) years of journeyman-level experience (obtained within the past 7 years) performing inspection, troubleshooting, repair, operation, and preventive maintenance on complex electrical power distribution systems
• Accreditation by National Electrical Testing Association (NETA)
• High degree of proficiency in building operations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Professional demeanor
• Detail oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
