Job description

Summary

The House Office Buildings seeks temporary Electricians for the upcoming 120th Congressional Moves Transition. This position is located in the Architect of the Capitol (AOC), House Office Buildings, Electricial Branch. The incumbent performs journey-level Electrician duties operation and installation of a variety of electrical and adjunctive electronic systems and equipment. This requires a 6 day a week schedule, and overtime may be required and in some instances it may be mandatory.

Requirements

You must meet all eligibility and qualification requirements by the closing date of the job announcement. You must meet the following SCREEN-OUT(S) required for this position. Performs- journey level electrical work without more than normal supervision. Your resume must show that you have experience to perform the duties of the position as described in the vacancy announcement.
