Job summary

The Architect of the Capitol is seeking an Electrician to perform duties across day/evening/night shifts within the Electrical Day/Evening/Night Sections. The position requires ability to perform helper, worker, and journey-level electrical tasks with minimal supervision.

Job description

This position is located in the Architect of the Capitol, Office of the Chief of Operations, Superintendent, House Office Buildings, Assistant Superintendent, Facilities Operations Division, Electrical Branch, Electrical Day/Evening/Night Sections. The Electrician performs Electrician duties on any shift.

You must meet all eligibility and qualification requirements by the closing date of the job announcement.You must meet the following SCREEN-OUT(S) required for this position:

• WG-8 - Ability to perform helper electrical worker without normal supervision.
• WG-10 - Ability to perform worker-level electrical work without more than normal supervision.
