Key Responsibilities

  • Arrive punctually and represent Agape Electric with professionalism
  • Provide upfront estimates and gain client agreement before beginning work
  • Perform residential and commercial installations and repairs according to code
  • Interpret and follow blueprints, diagrams, and technical drawings
  • Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues with efficiency and accuracy
  • Communicate project changes and adjustments clearly to clients
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and secure payment before leaving the job site
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Stock and maintain service vehicle tools and materials
  • Perform regular equipment checks and report issues to management
  • Other duties as assigned by leadership
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in both commercial and residential electrical systems
  • Ability to read and work from blueprints and technical documents
  • Strong problem-solving and independent work capabilities
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Background check and drug screen required
  • Positive attitude, reliability, and pride in your work

Schedule
