Job summary

Venture Solar is hiring a licensed electrician to install and maintain PV solar systems in DE/MD. The role involves wiring, installing fixtures, and reading blueprints, with on-site duties at the Wilmington, DE warehouse each morning.

Requires solar electrical experience, DE/MD license, and ability to work long shifts with overtime. A valid driver's license and strong safety knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid Electrical license in DE and/or MD.
• Willing to drive to the Wilmington, DE warehouse each morning.
• Experience as an electrician with solar required.
• Experience in residential or commercial electrical systems preferred.
• Demonstrable ability to use electrical and hand tools (e.g. wire strippers, voltmeter, etc.) and electrical drawings and blueprints.
• Thorough knowledge of safety procedures and legal regulations and guidelines.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving ability.
• Excellent physical condition and flexibility to work long shifts with paid overtime.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• Can work well independently and as part of a team.

Work Hours & Overtime

Full time work 40+ hours, overtime pay for over 40 hours in 1 week.

Pay

$45- $50 per hour. (Compensation rate based on experience)
