Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Electrician role based in Mount Juliet, TN. The Electrician will install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in accordance with project plans, codes, and safety regulations. Daily tasks include reading and interpreting blueprints, routing and connecting wiring, installing fixtures and panels, and performing system testing and troubleshooting. The role also involves preventive maintenance, documenting work performed, coordinating with supervisors and other trades, and adhering to all company and site-specific safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Strong practical knowledge of electricity and core electrical work, including wiring, conduit installation, and equipment setup.
• Experience in maintenance & repair of electrical systems, with the ability to perform inspections, adjustments, and replacements as needed.
• Proficient troubleshooting skills to diagnose issues, test components, and implement effective solutions.
• Understanding of electrical engineering principles as they apply to construction, layout, load calculations, and system performance.
• Relevant trade school, apprenticeship, or equivalent on-the-job training in electrical work; journeyperson or equivalent licensure preferred, as required by local regulations.
• Ability to work safely with tools, ladders, lifts, and equipment; strong commitment to OSHA and company safety standards.
• Capability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications, and to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Effective teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with supervisors, project managers, and other craft professionals.
