Job summary

Tom Drexler Plumbing, Air & Electric is seeking a skilled Residential Electrician to join our Louisville area service team. You will lead residential electrical service projects, troubleshoot and repair systems, and deliver exceptional customer service in homes and on job sites.

Qualified candidates hold a valid Journeyman Electrician License, have at least 2 years of residential experience, and maintain a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• Must have valid Journeyman Electrician License.
• Minimum 2 years of residential electrical service experience.
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Professional, reliable, and motivated to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and complete residential electrical service projects
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical systems
• Provide exceptional customer service in homes and on job sites
• Maintain accurate job records and communicate updates with customers and team members
• Represent Tom Drexler professionally while operating company-provided vehicle
• Mentor and support junior electricians as needed

Schedule: Flexible schedules offered with NO ON CALL

Compensation:$70,000 – $120,000+ annually (Base Hourly Pay + Performance and Efficiency Incentives)

What We’re Looking For
