Electricians - Summit Station, Greenland - $2,850/week - Litteton, CO

Polar Field Services, Inc. is seeking experienced Electricians for seasonal work at Summit Station, Greenland. These skilled tradespeople will perform electrical maintenance, repairs, and installations in a unique Arctic environment. Ideal candidates are adaptable, thrive in challenging conditions, and are eager to support scientific missions in remote locations.

Perks & Benefits

• Competitive wage: $2,445 - $2,850 per week
• Health and welfare supplement of $4.22/hour on the first 40 hours worked weekly

What You’ll Need

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current journeyman or master electrician license
• 4+ years of documented experience in all phases of electrical work
• Experience with generators, switchgears, breakers, and disconnects
• Valid driver’s license and United States passport
• Willingness to work outside in extreme cold weather conditions
• Ability to pass a background check and any required physical/dental exams

What Will Make You Stand Out

• Experience with remote and cold or polar environments
• Certification on the”NFPA 70E: Standard for Electrical Safety in the Workplace“ training courses
