Salary Range: $27.00 To $42.00 Hourly

Job Overview

As a valued member of our team, an electrician performs all types of electrical jobs throughout assigned locations, including maintenance and installation of equipment and machinery used in production and manufacturing.

Essential Functions
  • Perform electrical work and repairs on industrial equipment.
  • Install, adjust, and maintain all electrical equipment, gauges, and instruments.
  • Troubleshoot, evaluate, and coordinate electrical needs, repairs, and modifications.
  • Ensure manufacturer’s standards of repair and maintenance are met on all equipment.
  • Adhere to all rules and codes to ensure compliance.
  • Wear proper safety equipment while on plant grounds.
  • Meet or exceed company safety standards.
  • Read and understand technical information in English.
  • Interpret mechanical, electrical, and structural sketches, blueprints, and drawings.
  • Attend all safety meetings.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

  • Computer literate; proficient with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical/problem‑solving skills.
  • Good mathematical and mechanical aptitude.
Position Type & Hours

This full-time position is Monday through Friday, hours to be determined. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required. Not eligible for remote work.

Travel

Estimated less than 25%.

Minimum Education & Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 5+ years electrical maintenance experience.
  • Experience with power distribution up to 4,160 volts.
  • Programmable logic control and digital drive experience.
  • Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
Preferred Education & Experience
  • Associate’s degree in a related field.
  • 3+ years experience in aggregate, cement, or heavy industrial operations.
  • 7+ years electrical maintenance experience.

Physical Demands & Work Environment

Must be able to walk, sit, lift, push, pull, and climb to a significant degree. Work may involve moving up to 50 pounds occasionally and up to 20 pounds continuously. Exposure to extreme heat, cold, noise, and outdoor conditions requires protective equipment.
