Licenses & Certifications
- OSHA 10 certification (highly preferred)

About the Role
As an Electrician, you will inspect, repair, and maintain mechanical and electrical equipment in assigned facilities.
Responsibilities
- Oversee electrical and lighting systems' operation, repair, and maintenance; perform new installations of equipment.
- Check, repair, and replace components of electrical and lighting systems (valves, motors, controls, switches, gauges, wiring, fans, pumps, compressors, condensers, cores, pipes).
- Ensure equipment is maintained and operating safely.
- Review historical maintenance records to create proactive inspection, testing, and preventive maintenance schedules.
- Provide efficient and reliable service to customers.
- Apply general knowledge of standard principles and procedures to accomplish assigned tasks and solve routine problems.
- Maintain broad knowledge of own discipline and some knowledge of other disciplines within the function.
- Lead by example, model behaviors aligned with RISE values; may negotiate to reach agreements.
- Impact the quality of own work and the work of others on the team.
- Work primarily within standardized procedures and practices to meet objectives and deadlines.
- Explain complex information to others in straightforward situations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 3–4 years job‑related experience.
- Master Electrician license required as dictated by local electrical codes.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Physical ability to stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs/ladders, lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs or more.
- In‑depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems.
- Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents.
- Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
- Advanced math skills: add, subtract, multiply, divide; calculate percentages, discounts, commissions.
