Job summary

Expedite Talent Solutions is seeking an Electrician for a five‑month assignment in Lebanon, IN. This in‑person role focuses on inspecting, repairing, and maintaining electrical equipment across a new site with potential for extension to a full‑time position.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience, a Master Electrician license, OSHA-10, and strong MS Office and problem‑solving skills. Local licensing and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or trade school plus 3–4 years experience; apprenticeship preferred.
• Master Electrician license required by local codes; OSHA-10 is preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Oversee electrical and lighting systems operation, repair, and maintenance; perform new installations of equipment.
• Check, repair, and replace components of electrical and lighting systems (valves, motors, controls, switches, gauges, wiring, fans, pumps, compressors, condensers, cores, pipes).
• Ensure equipment is maintained and operating safely.
• Review historical maintenance records to create proactive inspection, testing, and preventive maintenance schedules.
• Provide efficient and reliable service to customers.
• Lead by example, model behaviors aligned with company values; may negotiate to reach agreements.

Work Setting

In‑Person (new site, currently working in office trailers)

Assignment Duration

5 months, possible extension, potential conversion to FTE (salary 80‑90 K/year)

Team Overview

Some independent work and some teamwork; daily check‑in; assigned project manager; scheduled maintenance tasks

Licenses & Certifications

• OSHA 10 certification (highly preferred)

About the Role

As an Electrician, you will inspect, repair, and maintain mechanical and electrical equipment in assigned facilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee electrical and lighting systems' operation, repair, and maintenance; perform new installations of equipment.
• Check, repair, and replace components of electrical and lighting systems (valves, motors, controls, switches, gauges, wiring, fans, pumps, compressors, condensers, cores, pipes).
• Ensure equipment is maintained and operating safely.

• Apply general knowledge of standard principles and procedures to accomplish assigned tasks and solve routine problems.
