Stellar Energy is seeking an Electrician to install, assemble, wire, and troubleshoot electrical systems for modular energy and cooling equipment in a manufacturing environment. You will interpret electrical drawings, perform high/low voltage terminations, and support production, quality, and safety objectives with technical expertise.

The role requires a minimum of 5+ years in commercial/industrial electrical installation, knowledge of NEC, and adherence to NFPA 70e safety standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate or enrolled in an accredited Apprenticeship program.
• Proven ability to meet production quotas while maintaining quality.
• Knowledge of transformers, LVMCC, HVMCC; NFPA 70e safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Install and set electrical switchgear, panels, controllers, wireways, and trays.
• Rapidly interpret electrical drawings and schematics to maintain production flow.
• Perform high and low voltage terminations accurately and quickly.
• Construct electrical supports and infrastructure within tight assembly timelines.
• Maintain organized electrical tool room for quick parts availability.
• Provide immediate troubleshooting of electrical tools, welders, and grinders to prevent bottlenecks.
• Source and procure replacement electrical parts to maintain continuous production flow.

Summary Objective

The Electrician role is responsible for the installation, assembly, wiring, and troubleshooting of electrical systems and components for modular energy and cooling equipment in a manufacturing environment. This role interprets electrical drawings and schematics, performs high and low voltage terminations, and supports production, quality, and safety objectives through technical expertise, equipment maintenance, and efficient electrical installations.

Essential Functions

• Install and set electrical switchgear, panels, controllers, wireways, and trays with speed and precision in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment
• Rapidly interpret electrical drawings and schematics to maintain production flow and meet daily build targets
• Execute electrical conduit and wiring installations on modular chiller systems efficiently, minimizing assembly line downtime
• Perform high and low voltage terminations quickly and accurately to keep pace with production schedules
• Construct electrical supports and infrastructure while adhering to tight assembly timelines
• Maintain organized electrical tool room to ensure zero delays in parts/tool availability for production
• Provide immediate troubleshooting of electrical tools, welders, and grinders to prevent production bottlenecks
• Source and procure replacement electrical parts rapidly to maintain continuous production flow

Work Location

This position will work out of our facilities in Jacksonville, FL. This position is not approved for telecommuting or working remotely.

This position operates out of a fabrication facility. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is sometimes exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The employee is occasionally exposed to a variety of extreme conditions at construction sites. The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position, with overtime regularly scheduled. First shift days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Travel

Travel is primarily not required with exception to local travel during the business day.

Required Education and Experience.

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum of 5+ years of commercial and/or industrial electrical installation,
• Graduate or enrolled in an accredited Apprenticeship program.
• Proven track record of working efficiently in high-volume, fast-paced settings.
• Knowledge concerning transformers, LVMCC, HVMCC, etc.
• Strong working understanding of the National Electrical Code
• Experience meeting production quotas and quality standards simultaneously.
• Working knowledge of the NFPA 70e and a strong focus on electrical safety

Preferred Education and Experience

• 5+ years of experience in electrical installation in a manufacturing or production environment
• Verifiable active Journeyman or Master Electrical License.

Work Authorization

Must be authorized to work in the USA.
