Aerotek is hiring an Electrical Foreman for a large-scale data center construction project in Memphis, TN. The role leads electrical crews, coordinates daily field activities, and ensures safety and quality on the build.

We offer strong pay up to $70/hour, $160/day per diem, 70+ hours weekly, and an equity opportunity upon conversion. This contract-to-hire position is based out of Indianapolis, IN with day and night shifts available.

Qualifications

• Previous Electrical Foreman experience required.
• State Journeyman Electrician License preferred.
• 5+ years of industrial, commercial, mission-critical, or data center construction experience.
• Strong experience with 415V and/or 480V electrical systems.
• Experience with switchgear, busway, PDU/UPS systems, grounding, and power distribution equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and construction documents.
• Medium-voltage experience is a strong plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical crews on a large-scale data center construction project.

• Install and oversee conduit, cable tray, underground duct bank, feeder systems, and power distribution equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, electrical drawings, and specifications.
• Support startup, commissioning, and energization of electrical systems.
• Ensure compliance with lockout/tagout and all site safety procedures.
• Maintain production schedules, workmanship quality, and crew performance.

We're hiring multiple Electrical Foremen for a large-scale data center construction project in Memphis, TN. Compensation & Schedule

• $30 - $70 per hour

• $160/day per diem paid all 7 days

• 70+ hours available weekly

• 6 x 12-hour shifts

• Day and Night Shift openings

• $50,000 equity package available upon conversion to permanent employment

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead electrical crews on a large-scale data center construction project

• Coordinate daily field activities and manpower

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $70.00/hr.
