Job summary

Sunbelt Modular, Inc. is seeking an experienced electrician to install, inspect, and repair electrical systems across our modular construction sites. You will work with blueprints, read wiring diagrams, and ensure compliance with electrical codes.

This on-site role requires three years of relevant experience, a journeyman license, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and fluency in English. You will collaborate with other trades, maintain records, and prioritize safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant electrical experience.
• Journeyman electrician license required.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, and maintain electrical systems, wiring, equipment, and fixtures.
• Diagnose electrical issues using testing devices and troubleshoot system failures.
• Repair or replace faulty components such as circuit breakers, wiring, and panels.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.
• Ensure all electrical work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes.
• Collaborate with other trades and team members on projects.
• Follow safety procedures and use PPE.
• Keep accurate records of work performed, materials used, and maintenance schedules.
• Other duties as assigned.

Position Objective: To install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in a safe and efficient manner. The electrician ensures all work complies with applicable codes and standards while supporting operational reliability and minimizing downtime.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, and maintain electrical systems, wiring, equipment, and fixtures

Requirements
