Job summary

Genesis Investment Properties is seeking an Electrician to install and maintain electrical devices at our commercial sites in Alaska. The role requires reading blueprints and electrical drawings with general knowledge of building components and coordinating with other trades.

Responsibilities include assistance with material procurement, scheduling, and on-site installation from rough-in through finish. A minimum of 5 years of commercial electrical experience and a High School/GED are required.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• Minimum 5 years of commercial electrical experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical drawings.

• Physical installation of electrical components and systems, from rough in through finish and trim phase.
• Participate in job related training as recommended.
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by Electrician, Senior Project Manager, Senior Construction Manager or other Senior Management.

Education and Experience:

• High School/GED
• Minimum 5 years of Commercial Experience
