Job summary

Synerfac Technical Staffing is seeking an Electrician to repair and maintain equipment and systems across the facility. The role covers electrical and mechanical preventive maintenance, machinery repair, and production support.

The candidate will document PMs and contribute to ongoing maintenance improvements. Responsibilities include building and testing electrical systems, recording deficiencies, and performing preventive maintenance using modern monitoring methods and software updates.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of electrician or mechanic experience in manufacturing or production environments.
• Proficient with low-voltage and high-voltage circuits.
• Ability to work 6pm–6am, 2-2-3 schedule.
• Proficient in troubleshooting motors, switches, fuses, and related electrical failures.

Responsibilities

• Construct, maintain, test, and troubleshoot electrical systems and components to meet specifications.
• Complete maintenance documentation, PM paperwork, and record deficiencies and repairs.
• Contribute to preventive maintenance program improvements through collaboration and process ideas.
• Perform preventive maintenance including greasing, oiling, cleaning, adjustments, and monitoring methods.

Electrician

The Electrician will be responsible for repairing and maintaining equipment and systems throughout the facility. This includes electrical and mechanical preventative maintenance, machinery repair, projects, and improvements, as well as production support of any kind.

Responsibilities

• Construct, maintain, test, and troubleshoot electrical systems and components using appropriate measuring and diagnostic tools to ensure specifications are met
• Complete maintenance documentation, including PM paperwork, and accurately record deficiencies, problems, and required repairs
• Contribute to the development and improvement of preventive maintenance programs through collaboration, time/motion studies, and process improvement ideas
• Perform preventive maintenance using proper greasing, oiling, cleaning, and adjustments, as well as modern methods such as temperature/vibration monitoring, power quality assessments, and software/program updates

Job Requirements

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of relevant electrician or mechanic experience working in a manufacturing or production environment
• Proficient in working with low-voltage and high-voltage circuits
• Must be able to work 6pm to 6am with a 2-2-3 schedule
• Proficient in troubleshooting motor writing, switches, fuses, and other common electrical failures
