EPC Service Inc. is seeking an experienced Journeyman Electrician for service and construction on federal and commercial projects in Hawaii. The role involves managing accounts, coordinating field activities, and building positive stakeholder relationships.
You will typically report to the Superintendent and may handle small to medium projects independently. Candidates should have 5–7 years of service/construction experience, an active Journeyman license, and be willing to travel.
We are currently looking for an experienced Journeyman Electrician, specific for service and construction on federal and commercial projectsto join a young innovative company in the service industry.
The Journeyman Electrician is responsible for profitably managing various accounts, administrative and field construction activities related to assigned projects. This Electrician is also responsible to establish and maintain successful relationships with all stakeholders on his/her projects. Also, is capable of performing small– medium sized projects independently. This Electrician will typically report directly to Superintendent.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50–75 pounds regularly
Able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, or climb ladders for extended periods
Capable of working in confined spaces, attics, basements, or crawl spaces
Comfortable working at heights on ladders, scaffolding, or lifts
Ability to grip, handle, and manipulate tools, wires, and materials safely and accurately
Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
Visual acuity to read blueprints, schematics, and color-coded wiring
Capable of working in various environments, including outdoors in heat, humidity, rain, or cold
Able to wear and operate personal protective equipment (PPE) such as hard hats, gloves, safety glasses, and harnesses
Tolerance for repetitive tasks and working in sometimes noisy or dusty environments
