Job summary

Dover Food Retail in Conyers, GA is seeking an Electrical Worker I to support the installation and maintenance of electrical fixtures and control equipment at our facility. You will perform conduit work, wire pulling, splicing, and connect power to lighting and equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, basic math skills, and the ability to read operating instructions and schematics.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

• Measure and cut wiring harnesses for defrost and compressor wiring
• Other duties as assigned
