Qualifications

• Reading and understanding wiring diagrams to build electrical assemblies.
• Ability to use hand tools and measure accurately for proper fit.
• Basic English communication and adherence to safety rules.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and perform tasks with proper lifting techniques.
• Familiarity with ISO manufacturing policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Use hand tools to perform tasks such as crimping, stripping, and torquing.
• Run and bundle wires according to Powell wiring standards.
• Layout, install and tap devices onto doors and back pans.
• Install name plates and space heaters.
• Terminate CTs and run wire for MCC, SWGR, and harnesses per diagrams.
• Promote safety culture and attend safety meetings.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
• Perform in-process inspections.
