Title: Electrical Validation Engineer - Server Domain
Location: Santa Clara, California

Job Description & Skill Requirement
Experience required:
- Experience in server domain with understanding on x86 architecture, CPU, GPU and IPU, AI accelerators
- Experience Performing validation testing on motherboards, server systems, and associated components (CPUs, GPUs, memory, BIOS, BMC, I/O, storage, networking) - Test bench set up and bench testing
- Conduct in-depth troubleshooting and failure analysis (FA) on complex hardware and software issues, working with design teams to identify and resolve root causes
- Exposure to hardware schematics and layout & fundamentals on basics of Electrical circuits
- Knowledge on LSIO, HSIO and DDR memory
- Proficiency in using lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, logic Analyzer, DMM, VNA, BERT, packet generator and Thermal chamber
- Test plan preparation, test setup creation and test execution, Test result analysis and report generation
- Issue/bug triage and reporting to Designing team
- Preferably Knowledge on all electrical interface standards and protocols
- BIOS and UEFI programming and Validation
- Knowledge on Python or Pearl scripts - Testing automation
- Windows and Linux OS experience
- Work closely with hardware design, software, mechanical engineering, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and communication of validation results.
Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Experience with system and rack validation, including functional, power, performance, and stress testing and evaluating critical data and results
- Familiarity with server architecture, BIOS/BMC, and high-speed digital interfaces (I2C, SPI, USB, PCIe).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Proficiency in testing automation with Python script.
