Villara Building Systems is seeking self-motivated electricians to support multiple large-scale projects across California, including Santa Cruz, Menlo Park, and Lafayette. This ground-floor opportunity invites individuals to learn and grow within the electrical construction field while delivering projects from concept through construction.

Open roles include Electrical Trainees, Foreman, and Certified Journeymen.

Qualifications

• Electrical certification and schooling.
• Electricians training card, (60) day grace period if not current.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret electrical blueprints, 2D shop drawings and 3D modeling.
• Install electrical panels, circuit breakers, transformers, switches, outlets, and lighting systems.
• Perform electrical troubleshooting to identify and repair faults in wiring, circuits, and equipment.
• Inspect electrical components to identify hazards, defects, or code violations.
• Install and maintain emergency power systems, UPS systems, and backup generators.
