Job summary

Villara Building Systems in California is seeking Electricians at trainee, foreman, and journeyman levels to support our expanding electrical, mechanical, and plumbing (MEP) projects.

We are undertaking several large-scale residential and commercial installations across Santa Cruz, Menlo Park, and Lafayette. This is a ground-floor opportunity to join a growing team and gain hands-on experience while delivering projects from concept through construction.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• Electrical certification and schooling preferred.
• Electricians training card; 60-day grace period if not current.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret electrical blueprints, 2D shop drawings and 3D modeling.
• Install electrical panels, circuit breakers, transformers, switches, outlets, and lighting systems.
• Perform electrical troubleshooting to identify and repair faults in wiring, circuits, and equipment.
• Inspect electrical components to identify hazards, defects, or code violations.
• Install and terminate power and control cables, conduits, cable trays, and raceways.
• Follow lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures and other electrical safety protocols.
