Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 4+ years of manufacturing experience, with exposure to electrical assembly or testing.
• Prefer lead, trainer, or coordinator experience; familiarity with electrical testing.

Responsibilities

• Maintain continuous flow of electrical testing by identifying and eliminating bottlenecks.
• Support and fill in at electrical test stations (functional, high-voltage, and system testing).
• Ensure all testing is performed in compliance with safety standards and established procedures.
• Troubleshoot and assist in diagnosing electrical and functional test failures.
• Escalate recurring or complex issues to Engineering, Quality, or leadership as appropriate.
• Verify test equipment is operational, calibrated, and ready for use.
• Monitor test output, cycle times, and first-pass yield to meet production targets.
• Identify material, wiring, or component issues impacting test performance.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, Production) to resolve issues quickly.
• Drive adherence to workmanship standards, documentation, and testing protocols.
• Support Lean initiatives and continuous improvement efforts within the testing area.
• Promote a strong safety-first culture, especially around electrical hazards.
