Job summary

Ashton North LLC is seeking a hands-on Technical Service Manager for the Orlando, FL area. You will run the local field team, perform field work, price and win jobs, and own profitability. The role requires NETA Level III/IV certification, 5+ years in electrical testing, and willingness to advance certifications.

A valid driver’s license and an Associate degree or equivalent experience are required. Expect schedule flexibility, potential nights and weekends, and travel up to 50%.

• Lead crews and supervise field staff
• Willingness to test up a level (NETA)
• Valid driver’s license required

Responsibilities

• Schedule the local test crew and coordinate manpower with other branches
• Walk jobs, build quotes, and provide practical technical options to customers
• Review test reports and audit field work for quality and safety
• Track job costs to meet margin goals
• Mentor technicians and help them advance through NETA levels
