Job summary

M.C. Dean, Inc. is seeking an entry-level Electrical Testing Operations Administrator to support the Electrical Testing team with administrative, logistics, and field support tasks. The role helps reduce technician workload by organizing equipment, preparing work areas, and maintaining logs under supervision.

Successful candidates show reliability, mechanical aptitude, and a readiness to learn, with potential advancement to a Test Technician after six months based on performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative support or logistics is preferred.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office for data entry and reporting.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with administrative and operational tasks for the Electrical Testing team.
• Move, load, unload, organize, and inventory testing equipment and materials.
• Transport equipment between facilities, sites, and storage locations.
• Prepare equipment and work areas before testing activities.
• Maintain equipment logs and basic documentation.
• Assist technicians with low-level field assignments under supervision.
• Support housekeeping in work areas, vehicles, and storage locations.
• Coordinate material pickups, deliveries, and general logistics.
• Assist with data entry and report preparation.
• Follow safety policies and participate in on-the-job training.
