Description

The Electrical Testing Engineer is responsible for executing electrical testing activities for power distribution equipment to ensure safety, performance, reliability, and compliance with applicable codes and standards. This role serves as a technical subject matter expert, providing guidance in test planning, execution, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement across manufacturing and product development.

Working closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Certification teams, this position supports product validation, UL compliance, and factory acceptance testing while helping strengthen test processes, documentation, and technical rigor across the organization.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in electrical testing, validation, or verification of power distribution equipment.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical power systems, control wiring, and protection schemes.
  • Hands-on experience with electrical test equipment and diagnostic tools.
  • Working knowledge of UL, NEC, IEEE, and NEMA standards.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, single-line diagrams, and test documentation.
