Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• 2+ years of technician experience in a manufacturing setting.
• 2+ years experience in basic testing tools including DMMs, oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, hi-pot testers, calipers & dial indicators, environmental chambers, and similar.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without Company sponsorship.
• No relocation benefit is offered; only candidates residing within 50 miles of Windsor, CT will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Work with production supervisor to identify required product test and validation requirements on the production floor and perform testing.
• Identify product failures and assist engineering in troubleshooting those failures.
• Implement corrective actions in test methods or product assembly as required.
• Support electrical and mechanical safety requirements in work cells by inspection and implementation.
• Develop and deploy Windows OS images for HMIs and manage licensing.
• Support Quality by analyzing returned units and determining root cause.
• Troubleshoot warranty and service issues and complete repairs as needed.
