LayerZero Power Systems LLC is seeking a Test Technician I for the 2nd shift in Aurora, Ohio. You will implement test methods, use test equipment, and document results for new and standard production testing.

This role requires strong attention to detail and reliable documentation skills. Responsibilities include pre-power up inspections, functional tests up to 600VAC, burn-in and stress testing, and basic troubleshooting of power and control circuits.

Qualifications

• Must read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Operate electrical test equipment such as digital multimeters and current meters.
• Perform functional testing and basic testing up to 600VAC/600V.
• Assist with wiring, crimping, and routing of control and power assemblies.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-power up inspection of equipment for testing readiness.
• Conduct functional testing (up to 600VAC), inspection, and basic testing of equipment.
• Perform burn-in and stress testing to verify performance and reliability.
• Assist with troubleshooting AC and DC power and control circuits up to 600V.
• Help with wiring, crimping and routing of assemblies, including programming devices.
