Compensation: We provide competitive and transparent pay practices. The estimated hourly rate for this position is $27. This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus, subject to eligibility.

Shift Details:

• 1st Shift: 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM (Monday - Thursday)
• Overtime on 2 or 3 Fridays per month

Position Overview:

As a Test Technician, you will perform assembly and testing for IntelliRupter and Power Quality products in a fast-paced production environment. Your role is crucial in ensuring smooth operations and supporting our team in keeping the lights on globally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble and test IntelliRupter products using documentation, bills of material, blueprints, and change notices.
• Complete testing at timing stations and operate switch through 4 stations.
• Perform mechanical work, including disconnect assemblies.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues.
• Conduct various high-voltage and capacitor tests as specified.

Requirements:

• High voltage electrical experience (5KV / 3-phase) required.
• Ability to interpret complex blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
• Experience troubleshooting mechanical or electrical issues.
• Proficiency with machining tools, wiring equipment, and hand tools.
• Adherence to all safety standards.

Preferred Experience:

• At least two years in electronic assembly and wiring with 5KV.
• Technical degree or trade school education preferred; equivalents considered.
