Prysmian Group seeks an Electrical Test Lab Manager to lead the Marshall Technology Center, a global R&D lab for high‑voltage testing, product development, and data integrity. This is an onsite role guiding a technical team to meet customer requirements and North American roadmaps.

Based onsite at Marshall, TX or Highland Heights, KY, you will manage lab operations, budgets, calibration, safety, and documentation while collaborating with stakeholders and customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience with electrical testing and high‑voltage equipment.
• Strong technical problem solving and prioritization.
• Clear communication with internal teams and stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Lead and operate the Marshall Technology Center electrical test lab and staff.
• Oversee high- and medium-voltage testing for quality and safety.
• Manage budgets, CAPEX proposals, and efficiency targets.
• Maintain test equipment and calibration; ensure data integrity.
• Ensure documentation standards across testing activities.
• Oversee North America data in the SharePoint database.
• Support R&D and product qualification activities.
