Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Strong foundations in circuit theory, transient analysis, and power conversion.
• Experience with high-voltage or high-current testing setups preferred.
• Proficiency with lab equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, power analyzers, data loggers).
• Understanding of semiconductor devices and analog/digital circuits.
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills in a hands-on lab environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans for power electronics assemblies, control circuits, and high-voltage systems.
• Design and implement test fixtures, data acquisition setups, and automation scripts.
• Conduct performance and reliability testing of components and integrated systems under loads.
• Use lab instrumentation to diagnose issues and validate performance metrics.
• Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to improve hardware via data-driven insights.
• Document test procedures, results, and non-conformance reports for internal review.
