Job summary

Beyond New Horizons, LLC (BNH) seeks an Electrical Test Controller to support the Arnold AFB Tennessee Test Operations and Sustainment efforts. The role involves installing, operating, and maintaining test facilities, and achieving required operator qualifications as part of an integrated team.

The position requires U.S. citizenship, the ability to obtain security clearance, and availability to work rotating shifts; starting hourly rate is $40.37–$44.86 at Arnold AFB, TN.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Four years of experience as an Electrician or progressive electrician experience acceptable.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain security clearance and AEDC LAN access.
• U.S. Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor systems health and respond to alarms/trips.
• Coordinate operations with Control Room personnel, supervision, and engineering support.
• Perform electrical duties and operate/maintain test facility equipment.
• Install, inspect, and maintain facility systems and test articles.
• Train and direct other craftsmen; wear PPE per policy.
